Registration and account responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate contact, KYC and business information.
- Customers should update email addresses and mobile numbers when they change.
- Login credentials are issued after registration formalities and must be kept secure.
- The customer is responsible for activity performed through the issued account.
Acceptable service usage
- Telecom networks, TRAI requirements and operator infrastructure can affect delivery time and availability.
- Customers must not send fraudulent, threatening, misleading, unlawful, adult or rights-infringing content.
- Customers are responsible for complying with Indian laws, DLT rules, operator policies and third-party rights.
- External links, payment gateways, operator portals and regulatory websites are governed by their own terms.
- Adfinmark does not provide or sell mobile-number databases.
- Adfinmark may suspend or terminate services that are misused or operated in violation of applicable rules.
Payments
- Payments are generally required in advance through the agreed payment method.
- Services are activated after cleared funds are received.
- For failed payments, customers should contact their bank or payment provider using the relevant reference ID.
- Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Use of information
Adfinmark may use customer information for service communication, account administration, advertising, optimisation, compliance and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy and permitted under applicable data-protection laws.
Service availability and third parties
Some services rely on telecom operators, messaging platforms, payment providers and other third parties. Adfinmark cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability where an outage or restriction is outside its reasonable control.
Changes to terms
Adfinmark may update these terms with or without individual notice. Customers should review this page periodically. Continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
